Job Description We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to lead paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will optimize ad performance, manage budgets, and drive lead generation for clients across industries.
Job Qualification - 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media roles.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of PPC, retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, tag manager, and campaign tracking methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data-driven insights and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Experience with B2B and B2C lead generation campaigns is a plus.
- Knowledge of landing page CRO, marketing automation, and AI-driven ad platforms is an advantage.
Responsibilities ✔ Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
✔ Performance Optimization – Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, etc.), analyze data, and implement real-time adjustments to improve performance.
✔ Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking – Optimize campaigns to drive quality leads and sales while ensuring proper attribution via Google Tag Manager & tracking tools.
✔ A/B Testing & Creative Experimentation – Test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
✔ Budget & Bidding Management – Allocate and optimize ad spends across platforms to maximize ROI and minimize acquisition costs.
✔ SEO & Content Alignment – Collaborate with the content team to align paid search and organic strategies for better visibility and engagement.
✔ Marketing Analytics & Reporting – Prepare campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal and client teams.
✔ Stay Updated with Trends – Keep up with latest trends in digital marketing, AI-powered ad optimization, and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness.
