Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Chat Process Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound chat-based sales for our captive operations in UAE, Gulf, US & India. The ideal candidate should be a quick thinker, possess excellent written communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales and lead conversion through chat support.
Job Qualification Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Sales, or Communications).1-3 years of experience in a chat-based sales role in a BPO (UAE, Gulf, US, or Indian process preferred).Strong written communication & persuasive selling skills.Experience with CRM tools, chat software, and sales tracking systems.Ability to multitask, handle multiple chat interactions, and work under pressure.Flexibility to work in different time zones (as per target market requirements).Typing speed of 35+ WPM with accuracy.
Preferred Skills - Knowledge of e-commerce, telecom, banking, or travel industry sales.
- Familiarity with AI chatbots and automated chat workflows.
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages) are a plus.
Responsibilities ✔ Handle Live Chat & Messaging Inquiries – Engage with potential customers and convert leads into sales. ✔ Sales & Upselling – Promote products/services, cross-sell, and upsell to maximize revenue. ✔ Lead Qualification & Follow-ups – Identify customer needs and guide them through the sales funnel. ✔ Customer Engagement – Provide a seamless customer experience by addressing queries in a professional and friendly manner. ✔ CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools with real-time data. ✔ Achieve Sales Targets – Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. ✔ Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize chat sales strategies. ✔ Process Adherence – Ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
