Job Description

This is a full-time MIS Associate role located in Belgaum with NoeticMinds Consulting. The MIS Associate will be responsible for analyzing data, ensuring network and information security, and implementing cybersecurity measures on-site. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to network security and information security protocols.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in BCA, BBA, BCom or a related field.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or reporting.
  
• Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL, and eComm analytics tools.
  
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to handle large data sets and generate meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

✔ Data Management – Collect, analyze, and maintain large volumes of data in CRM.
✔ MIS Reporting – Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using Excel, Reporting interfaces & Analytics dashboards.
✔ Automation & Process Improvement – Develop macros, and templates to improve data processing efficiency.
✔ Database Management – Ensure data accuracy and integrity in company systems.
✔ Performance Analysis – Provide insights to improve operational and business efficiency.
✔ Collaboration – Work with different departments to ensure smooth data flow and reporting.
✔ Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve issues in reporting tools and data discrepancies.
