Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to oversee a team in our ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, ensuring productivity, coaching team members, and delivering high-quality client services.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in an ITES/BPO/KPO environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT-enabled services, data processing, customer support, and back-office operations.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and reporting software.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

✔ Team Management – Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team to meet performance targets.
✔ Operations Oversight – Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
✔ Process Improvement – Identify gaps, implement solutions, and optimize productivity.
✔ Performance Monitoring – Track team performance, generate reports, and provide actionable feedback.
✔ Client & Stakeholder Coordination – Communicate with clients and management to align goals and expectations.
✔ Training & Development – Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and efficiency.
✔ Issue Resolution – Address team concerns, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely problem-solving.
