Strong skills in English and Hindi, with a passion for eCommerce and Digital marketing is a must. You will adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn to juggle multiple requirements, and execution as per priorities.

• Understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Exposure to working on two or more assignments simultaneously.
• Interest in working with diverse, multi-cultural teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• 0-2 years of experience in management trainee roles

Responsibilities

• Research, report preparation, and analytics.
• Effective communicate with vendors, clients and team members.
• Coordinating recruitment efforts.
• Building employee reporting structure.
• Drafting documents, presentations using Canva, Gen AI, G-tools.
