Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Paldi Kankaj, Gujarat 30 minutes south of Ahmedabad, with flexibility for remote work. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the online shopping experience, developing and implementing online sales strategies, providing customer service, and analyzing e-commerce metrics.

Qualification

• Analytical Skills and E-Commerce experience
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales experience with a focus on developing and implementing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with web analytics tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sales strategies to ensure growth
• Handle a team of interns to create and operate multiple seller accounts for various product lines
• Manage and grow our affiliate program by hiring influencers, content creators and platform collaborators
• Knowledge of listings on International platforms is a must
• Remuneration will be based on a fixed and rewards model based on performance.
