Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with daily HR tasks including employee training, drafting process manuals, and implementing HR tools. Other responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, supporting the HR team in employee benefits management, and contributing to personnel management initiatives. This is a hybrid role located in Paldi Kankaj, Gujarat 30 minutes south of Ahmedabad, with some work from home flexibility.

Qualification

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with HR Tools and Employee Training
• Personnel Management skills
• Exposure to organizations and Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a related field is a plus
