Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with daily HR tasks including employee training, drafting process manuals, and implementing HR tools. Other responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, supporting the HR team in employee benefits management, and contributing to personnel management initiatives. This is a hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with some work from home flexibility.

Qualification

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with HR Tools and Employee Training
• Personnel Management skills
• 0-1 years of experience of Internship in human resources
• Must be located/willing to temp move to Belagavi, Karnataka, India
• Exposure to organizations and strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a related field
