Role Description
This is an internship role for a Management Trainee, which is a hybrid role located in Pune with some work from home acceptable. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting with technology and business development projects, managing eCommerce initiatives, supporting ITES activities, and contributing to digital content and marketing strategies. Daily tasks include conducting research, preparing reports, collaborating with team members, and participating in client meetings and project presentations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills - English, Hindi and Marathi/Kannada.
- Basic knowledge in eCommerce, Technology, and Business Development
- Strong research, report preparation, and analytical skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and content creation
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Interest in working with diverse, multi-cultural teams
- Enthusiasm for learning and career development in consulting services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (completed or in progress)
